SkySchedule achieves “Awardable” status through the Department of Defense CDAO’s Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace - SBIR Aisle

Austin, TX – OpsLab, the leader in providing automated squadron operations tools to warfighters, announced that its marquee software product, SkySchedule, is now available through the SBIR Aisle program from the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s (CDAO) Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace.

The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is the premier offering of Tradewinds, the Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) suite of tools and services designed to accelerate the procurement and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML), digital and data capabilities. The SBIR Aisle within the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is a specialized enclave that allows small businesses to showcase their SBIR/STTR solutions in strategic focus areas such as AI, machine learning, digital and data. It further supports the SBIR/STTR program’s goal of commercializing technologies by providing greater visibility for post- competitive solutions.

“Ever since its inception, the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace has proven to be a prime example of the government making good on its commitment to cutting red tape and rapidly deploying innovative software solutions into the hands of the warfighters who critically need them,” said Andrew Thompson, OpsLab’s VP of Customer Success. “With SkySchedule through the SBIR process and in active use by more than 3,000 operators right now, it’s a perfect time for our automated squadron operations platform to become more readily available.”

Currently in use by over 2,500 end users across over 50 flying squadrons, OpsLab provides smart assistants to solve operational planning, tracking and recovery problems at scale. OpsLab’s solutions, built with operations research and machine learning, tackle reactive and predictive aspects of problems like scheduling, routing and dispatch, and automate away the most complex parts of solving such problems. These solutions are not hypothetical, they’re proven.

OpsLab is actively supporting the U.S. Department of Defense through seven SBIR Phase III contracts with the Air Force. OpsLab solutions are in active implementation across numerous USAF installations, including Shaw Air Force Base, Sheppard Air Force Base, Luke Air Force Base, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Minot Air Force Base, and Aviano Air Base.

OpsLab's video, “Enhancing Operational Readiness with Automated Squadron Operations” accessible only by government customers on the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace, presents an overview of the company, the software, and the impact it’s already having on thousands of operators. Government customers interested in viewing the video solution can create a Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace account at tradewindAI.com.
